I workout a lot and so I need high quality fuel to help me recover as quickly as possible from the demands of physical activity.

FAST, TASTY, NOURISHING, & CHEAP

My food needs to be relatively high in protein for optimal recovery, quick to make as I am always super busy; cheap, as I eat a lot and have to be cost effective with my grocery bill, and finally, it has to taste damn good so that I'll want to make it again, and again, and again.
