CARRY A BOTTLE OF WATER WITH YOU
Today’s challenge is to make sure that you always have water with you.
The benefits of water are immense. Aside from us being composed of 60% of water, it delivers oxygen to the body, lubricates our joints, organs, and tissues. Regulates body temperature, flushes wastes, maintains blood pressure, and so much more
WATER IS LIFE!
Most importantly though for this challenge, we want to use it for appetite control. When we are thirsty, we can often confuse our hunger for thirst and overeat. Even more deceptive is that we often don’t even notice how thirsty we are until we are already dehydrated.
So by keeping water with us, we can far better regulate our appetite.
Water sometimes gets a bad rep for being boring so if you aren’t the biggest fan, try mixing it up. You can add slices of fruit like lemon to make it more flavoursome. You can make a cold tea with a tea bag, or even a buy yourself a nice bottle so that you have something nice to drink out of.
So today, carry a bottle of water and see what difference it makes.
