Boxfit is a fun, and safe way, to utilise the most effective parts of traditional boxing training, to create a full body workout. It uses not only fierce punches, and fancy footwork, but fun games, that are done in pairs, or groups, and focus on cooperation, rather than strict competitiveness.
It includes things like skipping, boxing drills, and abdominal workouts, which means you will gain cardiovascular endurance, and fantastic strength, and all without any weights!
